Jessica joined the Center in September of 2008. As Coordinator of the Presidential Fellows Program, she orients each new class of Fellows, making certain that they understand the mission of the program, the requirement that they write an original paper, and the opportunities that being a Fellow affords, including briefings by top White House, Congressional, agency and think tank officials and networking with White House Fellows and other public policy professionals. She also contributes to other Center initiatives, including logistical assistance to both the National Consortium on Character-Based Leadership and the annual Publius Awards Dinner.
