Erin Curtiss

Erin Curtiss is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets and Investment Banking Legal at SMBC Group. She was previously Head of US Capital Markets Legal at Credit Suisse in New York, New York. Prior to her time at CS, Erin was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City. She was in the Corporate Finance group from June 2011 to September 2015. From February 2010 to June 2011 Erin was an associate at Allen & Overy LLP as a member of the US Law International Capital Markets team in the firm's Singapore office. Erin joined A&O from the New York office of Skadden, where she started her career in 2008 with the Corporate Finance group and had been a Summer Associate in the summer of 2007.
