Ben Pickert

Benjamin Pickert currently is the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress. He assists in the running of the office, as well as leads the internship program.

Prior to this role, Benjamin gained experience as the Field Operations Assistant at Outreach International, international development non-governmental organization headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. Additionally, he has held various roles with the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies at Indiana University Bloomington, including Student Recruitment Assistant, Student Ambassador, and Dean’s Office Assistant.

Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with a specialized focus on Diplomacy, Security, and Governance in the Germanic Countries from Indiana University. He also earned minors in Germanic Studies and the Norwegian language during his academic pursuits at the university.
