Ms. Erica Ngoenha
Erica Ngoenha is the Senior Vice President for Programs and External Affairs at the Center for the Study of the Presidency & Congress. In this position, Ms. Ngoenha spearheads the Center’s outreach to Capitol Hill and other external stakeholders and partners. In addition, she oversees key programmatic initiatives including the organization’s flagship Presidential Fellows program which aims to develop a new generation of global leaders committed to public service.
Prior to joining CSPC, Ms. Ngoenha served as the Congressional Affairs Program Officer at The German Marshall Fund of the United States where she recruited and managed congressional participation in various programs and events including study tours, major conferences, roundtable discussions, and educational briefings. She began her career as a Grassroots Advocacy Manager at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida and her M.A. in U.S. Foreign Policy from American University.
