Join us for a discussion exploring the relationship between intellectual property policies that ensure U.S. leadership in advanced technologies critical for national security. As policymakers focus on the global competition for innovation leadership, how can we ensure that our intellectual property policies reflect the goals of promoting American innovation and maintain our lead in setting international technology standards? In this discussion, we will explore how global leadership in innovation and technologies such as 5G and 6G networks, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing is impacted by national IP policies.
