The State of the Space Industrial Base

The State of the Space Industrial Base

As the Space Force enters into its third year of operation and commercial space becomes increasingly mature, opportunities in and from space continue to expand. While there are certainly space business cases, the space economy continues to form and grow, creating new areas of innovation and expanding existing technologies and capabilities. Seeking to understand these dynamics, in July of 2021 the US Space Force, Defense Innovation Unit, and the Air Force Research Laboratory convened the third annual State of the Space Industrial Base Conference to explore where the space economy was and where it was going. On January 19th from 2:00 p.m.to 3:15p.m., CSPC is honored to host three experts to discuss this third annual report and what the future of the space economy looks to be as part of the National Security Space Program
