FAQ
When will we know the details of the agenda?
I will send out the full agenda a few weeks before the conference.
What should we wear?
Most of the conference you should plan to wear business casual which includes khaki or dark pants with a collared button-down shirt, professional skirt/slacks with a professional blouse or sweater.
There will be between 2-3 times that you will be required to wear business formal clothes, including a suit with a tie, business dress, or skirt with blazer. The agenda will have detailed information on when you are expected to wear what.
What do I need to plan or pay for?
You are only responsible for coordinating transportation to and from D.C.
(If you are an At-Large, Innovation, international Fellow, or otherwise notified, CSPC will reach out to coordinate your travel.)
Please be sure to check with your campus advisor when making your travel plans. Many schools have funds budgeted for your travel. Once you are in D.C., CSPC will provide everyone with all meals, lodging, and transportation throughout the conference.
What times should I book my plane/train?
You should plan to be in D.C. before 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 22. If flying, we recommend either Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) or Dulles International Airport (IAD).
You are free to leave anytime on Wednesday, March 26. We will provide breakfast but there is no scheduled programming.
Where are we staying?
Hilton Garden Inn - 815 14th St. NW, Washington, DC 20005.
