Mr. Joshua Huminski
Joshua C. Huminski is the Senior Vice President for National Security and Intelligence at the Center for the Study of the Presidency & Congress (CSPC). A specialist in Euro-Atlantic security, trans-Atlantic relations, and U.S. national security policy, he oversees the Center’s defense and security programming.
He is also the Director of the Mike Rogers Center for Intelligence & Global Affairs at CSPC, founded by former House Intelligence Committee Chairman, Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI). Huminski served as Chairman Rogers’ national security advisor for his LEAD America Campaign in 2023 and for the Chairman’s senate campaign in 2024.
His analysis frequently appears in the American publications such as the Hill, Breaking Defense, and the Diplomatic Courier and European publications including Engelsberg Ideas. He has also been published by the Modern War Institute, the Baltic Defence College, and the London-based Council on Geostrategy.
Huminski is presently writing his first book on the future of Euro-Atlantic defense and security in a post-Ukraine world, which is slated for publication in the winter of 2025. He is a senior fellow at George Mason University’s National Security Institute and a non-resident fellow with the Irregular Warfare Initiative.
Originally from Connecticut, he received his graduate degree (with Merit) in War Studies from King’s College London and his undergraduate honors degree from the University of Connecticut.
