Ms. Samantha Clark
Samantha Clark is a Senior Counselor at Palantir Technologies. She also serves as a Director of the Procurement Round Table. Prior to joining Palantir, Samantha was the General Counsel of Rebellion Defense, Inc. and an Of Counsel at Covington & Burling LLP, where she practiced in the firm’s Government Contracts, Public Policy, and Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) practice groups providing legal, advisory, and advocacy support to clients facing regulatory and policy challenges in the aerospace, defense, and national security sector. Samantha also served in a number of senior staff positions on the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee, including as Deputy Staff Director and General Counsel for Chairman John McCain. In those roles, she managed the passage of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and worked on Senator McCain’s acquisition and personnel policy reform agendas. She is the recipient of the Navy Distinguished Public Service Award, the Air Force Distinguished Public Service Award, and the Navy Superior Service Award.
